We have been selling beef cuts since September 2015.

 

Poplar Springs and Oak Grove work together to bring the best quality beef in our area. Oak Grove sells half/whole cows and also smaller cuts of beef. This is to help expand on the Direct Market Beef that is organized by the Poplar Springs side of the Talley Family Farms.  If you would like to buy beef from us, without having to buy a freezer full, then this option will benefit you!

We offer different Pork cuts from ground to pork chops and bacon. We do not raise our pork but it is sourced locally and we check to make sure they are raised with no added hormones or antibiotics. We do take them ourselves to the processor.
